Cashless Everyone Active Centres

A select number of our centres are now cashless and therefore do not accept payment for activities or products in cash.

As a result of the pandemic, we implemented a booking process for all activities. Customers can download the Everyone Active app to book and pay for activities online, or alternatively call the centre to make a booking over the telephone and pay via a debit or credit card.

This process has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service in centres.

We recognise that some customers do not have a debit or credit card so we accept prepaid cards, which can be topped up with money in advance.
