Gym
This facility has now reopened and available for booking.
Moulton Leisure Centre’s brand-new, state-of-the-art 80 station gym offers a great range of facilities. This includes both cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a superb free weights area and a host of functional equipment.
Swimming Pool
This facility has now reopened and available for booking.
The 25m swimming pool at Moulton Leisure Centre has a movable floor and an entrance ramp to ensure it’s accessible to all.
Everyone On Demand
Stay active anywhere with Everyone On Demand, whether that's a BODYCOMBAT class at home with Les Mills On Demand or a personalised audio programme with WithU, there is something for everyone. Everyone On Demand provides unlimited access to Les Mills on Demand, WithU, FLEX by FitnessOnDemand and EXI. This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well. Everyone On Demand isn't limited to classes, take advantage of the virtual coach, tailored fitness plans as well the NHS approved app EXi. Everyone On Demand is completely free for members or only £9.99 a month for non-members.
Group Fitness Studio
Following the Government lockdown announcement this facility is closed until further notice.
It’s here that we host a huge range of group fitness classes. From intense Les Mills classes to more relaxed Pilates and Yoga sessions, there’s sure to be a class for you. Regardless of age, ability or fitness levels, we offer classes to suit everyone. We also offer virtual classes, so why not give them a try?
Group Cycling Studio
Following the Government lockdown announcement this facility is closed until further notice.
With state-of-the-art group cycling bikes in a dedicated studio, you will be able to enjoy these enormously popular classes in a brand-new environment. As well as live classes taught by instructors, we also be host virtual classes, which are hosted on the big screen. Why not give them a go?
