This feel good ‘90s hit is the perfect choice to jump start your warm up before you really get into your exercises for the day.

Our second track features a catchy beat paired with silky smooth vocals from American singer song-writer Bruno Mars and rapper Cardi B. It’s guaranteed to put you in the mood for a workout.
3) Motörhead – Ace of Spades
The metal enthusiasts amongst us will recall the infamous ‘Ace of Spades’ by Motörhead, with its aggressive, superfast beat and raucous lyrics, making it the ideal workout companion.

7) MC Hammer – You can’t touch this
If you’re struggling to think of new ways to exercise, take inspiration from the video of this smash hit and try and incorporate some of the moves as part of your fitness regime. Lycra and oversized baggy trousers are optional of course!
