The delivery of our British Gymnastics programmes starts at 2 years old through our Fundamental sessions and all the way through to Advance and Squad. Our fully qualified British Gymnastics instructors will lead your child through each development stage completing the progressive development of core skills such as balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination and incorporates compulsory pulse raising activities. The Advanced Proficiency Gymnastics Award scheme is for children aged 11 years & upwards, it assists in the development of Core fitness (Strength, power, flexibility, co-ordination) and gymnastics skills for the coaching of more advanced skills for use in clubs, schools and leisure centres. The scheme offers a range of activities including Fitness, Floor, Vault & Rebound, Apparatus, Pairs & Groups, Hand Held Apparatus and Dance & Aerobics.
Manage your child’s gymnastics lessons online. You’ll be able to simply login here to move courses once you’ve received notification the current stage is complete.
You can also move to a new day or time within the current stage, where space is available.
Everyone Active courses lessons are tracked and recorded using Sports Passport. Each member is able to view their journey and plot how they are progressing throughout their course or lesson. Each week the members progress will be updated by the instructor ready for you to view on your profile. As your child progresses they will be rewarded with new games, levels and challenges on their profile.
