Walking Netball
Walking Netball is exactly what it says on the tin…a walking version of the much loved game, Netball! This slowed down version is a fantastic stepping stone for getting back into the game, igniting your memory on the rules and having fun whilst you exercise. These sessions not only provide a cardio and toning session but also keep your brain active and is sure to make you smile. We also encourage people returning from injury or illness to give these session a try as they are more gentle than most exercise classes. Delivered by friendly and qualified coaches, these sessions are open for all ages. Come and join us for a wiggle and a giggle!
