Learning to swim is a key life skill for any child. Swimming lessons teach independence, allows them to get active while enjoying themselves, gives them the ability to get themselves out of potentially life-threatening situations and enables them to enjoy trips to the seaside and beach holidays to the full. Our adult swimming lessons cater for all abilities. From complete beginners, all the way to people who are confident in the water but want to improve their stroke technique, stamina and overall ability. We also offer lessons in additional skills, including diving, water safety and distance swimming. Discover more about adult’s swimming lessons here.
Private swimming lessons are a fantastic way to learn to swim or a way to improve your technique. We offer a range of one-to-one private lessons for adults and children of all abilities. These are available at each of the more than 120 centres we have nationwide that offer swimming and swim lessons.
Everyone Active swimming lessons are tracked and recorded using Aqua Passport. Each swimmer is able to view their journey and plot how they are progressing throughout their swimming lessons. Each week the swimmer’s progress will be updated by the instructor ready for you to view on your profile. As your child progresses they will be rewarded with new games, levels and challenges on their profile.
Manage your own or your child’s lessons online. You’ll be able to simply login here to move lessons once you’ve received notification the current stage is complete.
You can also move to a new day or time within the current stage , where space is available.
