Quiet Hours
Between the hours of 1pm-3pm from Monday to Friday there is no music played in the gym and all announcements in the centre are kept to a minimum.

About this Centre
Whatever your fitness goals, you’re sure to be able to achieve them here at Stratford Leisure Centre, thanks to the huge range of activities we offer. Our recently-refurbished gym is packed with all the latest kit, while our two pools play host to our much-vaunted range of aquatic activities, including award-winning swimming lessons. Furthermore, you can enjoy a huge range of other activities too, including climbing and group fitness sessions, while our large sports hall hosts activities like badminton, table tennis and netball, among others. Stratford Leisure Centre also boasts a Wellness Suite that's perfect for helping people with certain conditions or mobility issues get active. We've also recently installed a TAGActive Arena that's available for parties and group bookings and is a fantastically fun adventure! Our members can also enjoy the café, while we also host children’s parties for all the fun, without the fuss.

Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Swimming Pool
With a 33m main pool and teaching pool, there’s plenty of opportunity to get active in the water. We offer a busy swim timetable including Fitness Swimming, fun swims and our pool inflatable sessions. We also offer our award-winning swimming lessons for people of all ages.
Personal Training
Our fantastic team of personal trainers are on hand at the centre to help you achieve your goals! The Everyone Active Personal Training app is here for you to find out about the trainers, purchase and book your PT sessions.
TAGactive
TAGactive is an arena-based game designed to test strategy, speed, agility, awareness and bravery, while promoting fitness, fun and competition! Hidden throughout the arena and within the activities are a large number of illuminated TAGs, which offer points. The harder they are to reach, the more points you get! The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

If you are not ready for a membership, or do not use our centre on a regular basis then a “pay as you go” access may be better for you.
